To open an account at mbet, you must be at least 18 years old. All information provided during registration — name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and your own. Accounts created using false or third-party information will be closed and any balance may be forfeited.

If a match or event is cancelled, ends before the scheduled time, or is suspended indefinitely, bets will be settled in accordance with mbet's settlement policy. The general rule is — If at least 90% of the match has been played The result will be deemed valid; otherwise, the bet will be voided and the stake returned. Separate settlement rules apply for cricket and football.
Special Note for cricket: A T20 match bet will be void if fewer than 5 overs have been bowled. In an ODI, the bet is void if fewer than 20 overs have been completed.
